Individual therapy
All services are currently being offered exclusively online. This is available for individuals (aged 16+) to process and explore their internal world. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Check your insurance
Psychotherapy is not covered by provincial health care (e.g. OHIP). Please check with your insurance provider to see that the title of ‘Registered Psychotherapist’ or ‘RP’ is covered by your provider. A receipt is provided after payment of each session for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
